I’m a little bit depressed right now. For a few days, I’ve been deciding whether or not to buy this unique, aqua-blue shade of nail polish that is China Glaze’s Limited Edition, called “For Audrey.”. The shade is inspired by the ever classy and quintessential fashionista Audrey Hepburn.

Just a few days after, two e-tailers of this nail polish shade already declared, “Sold Out.” Just when I was about to look for someone in the U.S. to receive my package.

I’m gonna be okay. In a few days. The question remains - will I be ever, ever get hold of this shade? Please, Santa, I’d be a good girl!

Sophie’s Note : I’ve posted this in my personal blog, since well, I was caught into one of my moodswings, with this included. One of my shopping moodswings. Call it shallow, but hey, a little bit of Audrey Hepburn in my outfit won’t hurt!

You might find this ironic but, because of my hobby, I can relate to you.

I build those plastic scale models of planes (usually military ones) and sometimes a certain color scheme requires a specific color to apply on the plane.

Now when I can’t find the colors that I need (we’re sticklers for details) and have to settle for a different paint scheme (which usually happens to be a common one; won’t make your model unique) I get depressed too. :p

And yeah, sometimes you’ll find us in the make-up section of dept stores. A lot of kikay tools (e.g., files, sanding sticks, small tweezers, eye-shadow applicators, blush-on brushes, etc) are stuff that we use to build, paint, and “make-up” our models. Some of my friends would actually buy earth-colored powder makeup to simulate mud, rust and grime on their scale model tanks. LOL
