It’s been long overdue, and I’m horribly incoherent on this. Forgive me. Too much thoughts swimming in my head, I better let this out

The weekend was great. Never moved so much. Hahaha!

Thursday

Was about to attend the B5Media Dinner but for security reasons, my folks held me under house arrest. I had a bad feeling that if I defied them,I will be in trouble with my heart beating badly. So there, I didn’t push thru. Binge ate Jollibee as always ( yum, for their palabok ), and enjoyed the chilly weather.

Friday
Attended the Blogger Mixer at Kape Isla , Serendra, and brought along my crazy buds Roanne and Phoebe with me. It was fun meeting new people, seeing old friends, and talking about - yes, makeup! The highlight of the party was of course the lovely and fashionable Shai Coggins, who is ultra successful and inspiring. Lurv her accent. Obsessed with her accent! Sasha made me feel that I must do some dieting with her effortless chic ensemble ( I wanna fit in those socks, girl! ) . I think I had a bad case of coffee overdose ( see, I’m really orally fixated, I’m damned ) that I wasn’t able to sleep until the wee hours of the morning! Was on the phone with R, and it was fun hearing her flirty and tipsy voice during such ungodly hours. The things we do after work! Haha!

Saturday
Woke up late in the morning, lingered for some more, and prepared for my night out. With my dad. Yes, I am going out with my dad. The night filled with music and entertainment relaxed me a little until…..I saw him dancing. In disco music. Now I finally understood where I got my lakwatsera genes, and drinking genes from. I wonder why he scolds me alot when I do that though. Teehee. Met up with a very good friend that I only see once a year, and compressed a year’s worth of stories in three hours until we said goodbye. Oh well, we always have next year again! No pictures for this event. Someone who had a tad bit too much to drink kept on taking our pictures ( us three girls ) for about seven times , I think I should ask him for a copy. Teehee.

Saturday wee hours in the morning
Still in a tea house for post-party drinks and more pulutan. Secretly drinking my dad’s beer when he wasn’t not looking. Feasted on delicious, cholesterol-laden fried pulutan ( you know what! ). My tablemates who were well aged over 30 were cool enough to make me laugh but the topic we were discussing were more of advertising and marketing. Met someone part of the team who was responsible for the concept of, “nakatikim ka naba ng kinse anyos?”. Ultimate coolness. Went home, and crammed to pack minerals in preparation for…

Sunday

Woke up almost late for my bazaar. Met up with my bestfriend M and her college barkada again as we shared stalls. Energy was good for the day as the place was cozy. I was extra happy last Sunday because D, my ever ever best confidante of all time, just flew in here for a business trip, and visited me at the bazaar! Oh heck, check out the picture. My hair’s a mess but I don’t care! I just missed her so much. She gave me 5 pots of tiger balm ( Only from Singapore! ) which I am so addicted to. Feels like heaven to inhale them! Fiddled with my camera once more, and found a very very willing model - my business partner C. She pouts, she smiles, she poses, and she’s freakin’ gorgeous. Perfect. Went home happy with the bazaar turnout, and just, drifted to sleep in a bit.

What an exhausting week! I’m about to have another one like this ( though less hectic ) this weekend, but well, I think I’m going to be alright!

To sum up my weekend - it was crazy, happy, surprising, confusing, and promising. Yes, those emotions can all mix and make one person totally incoherent, and irrational. Hahaha.

Realizations :

- I love Friday nights. Just refreshing. Perhaps I’ll be going out some Friday nights to unwind when my schedule’s not that busy anymore.
- The cold air’s just really giving me the chills. It’s actually Christmastime already, and I’m still in denial! Haven’t done any shopping. Oh darn. Must shop for people, not for myself! Haha!
- I’ve been in a shopping binge lately and I just must stop!
- I love it when I am in company of wonderful people - specially my good good girlfriends. I don’t think I can never live without them. The giggles from our chismisans are just way too happy!
- It’s okay to be crazy at times, takes some stress off your back.
- It’s unforgivable to mess up someone’s life. Heck, what’s worse is that if you don’t apologize for it.
- Drinking makes someone incredibly dizzy and hateful in the morning, but one will always go back to it! It’s weird.
- Sometimes people are just blind, no matter how they struggle to see. I think I’m losing my eyesight.
- My eyebags are complaining already. I think I need to hibernate after the 15th. And so I shall.
