The weekend was great. Never moved so much. Hahaha!

Was about to attend the B5Media Dinner but for security reasons, my folks held me under house arrest. I had a bad feeling that if I defied them,I will be in trouble with my heart beating badly. So there, I didn’t push thru. Binge ate Jollibee as always ( yum, for their palabok ), and enjoyed the chilly weather.

Attended the Blogger Mixer at Kape Isla , Serendra, and brought along my crazy buds Roanne and Phoebe with me. It was fun meeting new people, seeing old friends, and talking about - yes, makeup! The highlight of the party was of course the lovely and fashionable Shai Coggins, who is ultra successful and inspiring. Lurv her accent. Obsessed with her accent! Sasha made me feel that I must do some dieting with her effortless chic ensemble ( I wanna fit in those socks, girl! ) . I think I had a bad case of coffee overdose ( see, I’m really orally fixated, I’m damned ) that I wasn’t able to sleep until the wee hours of the morning! Was on the phone with R, and it was fun hearing her flirty and tipsy voice during such ungodly hours. The things we do after work! Haha!

Yesterday, I was able to attend the Graphic Expo ‘07 at the Philippine Trade Training Center, as I brought along my dad, a tech enthusiast ( who inspired me to be one as well ), and my sister Strawberry, who is majoring in Multimedia Arts, so that I could show her what the latest gadgets and technology there in Pre-press and Imaging.

I might be beauty blogging my nights away in pursuit of my holy grail cosmetics, but in broad daylight, I am totally a different person- I belong to the print industry, and I talk not in terms of beauty jargons, but instead, print jargons like color separation, kinds of papers, pre-press, spot colors, and all those stuff. I really enjoy my day job because it is very exciting, and I get to see the print industry evolving rapidly, as the machines go all the way advanced, as prices fluctuate from getting extremely lower, and with new gadgets priced way up there. Here’s to the weekend! Full of work, that is.

This Friday, Candy was away for the weekend. Oh, my ever reliable Candy who manages the office amazingly, who left me all her work as she frolics in Baguio and Pagudpod! I wish I were as amazing as her!

My final meeting today was with a client who wanted to have her invites done for her wedding this December.
