I’m all scatterbrain this weekend, but I have thoughts flying in my head. Let me just get some off my mind by blogging in bulletpoint :
On Transformers the Movie. Everyone’s been raving about it all week and I’m so so wanting to watch this movie! I was a fan of Transformers the series during my childhood days, and whenever I hear “Transformers,” there is a melody that instantly plays in my mind (” tanananan “…basta, the sound they play after the word Transformers is said! ). I was very young then, and I just kept confusing Transformers with Voltes Five because with Voltes Five, it’s like “Let’s…( some second worth of silence ) volt.. ( a slight pause again )…in! ” Haha! My mom and dad are supposed to bring me along tomorrow for accupuncture or some checkup by a Chinese doc because of the stress that I have been complaining about , but I almost blurted, “Hey Dad, can we make it next week? I’m watching Transformers.” I didn’t have the heart to say that during lunchtime since they might choke! Hahaha!

I love Shanghai.
Would you believe that it will only cost you PHP 8,417.00, roundtrip to Shanghai?
Thanks to Cebu Pacific, I will be able to go back to that wonderful place again, minus the heartbreaking price tag!
Just a few months ago, February to be exact, I was able to go to Shanghai to visit Kaths and Diana who travelled on a 12-hour train ride from Beijing to Shanghai to meet up. They studied in Beijing for six months, and they travelled to Shanghai just for us, and of course, enjoy all of China! ( such a lovely place, such a lovely place.
) It was a wondrous place, and the weather was oh-so-fine! The chilly atmosphere brought about the about-to-end winter there was wonderful, I just couldn’t forget the sudden chill Cristine and I felt as we got off the plane - that day, February 5, 2007, was the coldest day in Shanghai that year! We almost froze to death that night for everyone was on the lookout for taxis, and it took us two hours to find one! ( With me, almost a statue, with bonnets pulled down my head up to my eyebrows and ear muffs that made me look really weird ).

I clearly felt that last week was indeed tiresome for me as I indulged a sleep overdose of 5 hours’ worth of siesta this Sunday afternoon. Right now, I feel all fresh, energized, and all ready to face the week ahead of me.
As I woke up after my siesta, I heard my younger sis Strawberry making a call. She was ordering something for takeout! Yayness! It turned out that she was ordering food from Tasty Dumplings for dinner. Double yay! Tasty Dumplings just happens to be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Everything there is simply yummilicious, and the prices are just hard to beat! Read the rest of this entry »
